Fairfax County Reading Teachers Association represents a unified voice in language arts to local, state, and national policy makers, as well as state and national legislators, in order to influence decisions about reading instruction.
The association also provides staff development opportunities which enable reading teachers to meet the educational, professional and social needs of members

Membership is open to all K-12 teachers, reading specialists, librarians, and administrators who are supporters of the best practices in literacy education in Fairfax County Public Schools. Join FCRTA and help us build a better future through a love of reading and learning.
